HR People Consultant

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Main Duties:

• Analyzing clients HR programs practices and relevant key HR metrics and compare to industry benchmarks
• Recommending programs activities and initiatives to address gaps and issues identified by such analysis
• Leading and/or coordinating as required in the implementation of said activities and initiatives
• Advising clients on the drafting and administration of human resources policies and procedures
• Collecting and analyzing system functionality needs from clients and preparing procurement documentation for clients (RFP CFQ etc)
• Understanding and documenting client business processes and procedures across financial HR customer procurement and other specialized fields
• Develop an information systems target operating model to identify and evaluate different technology paths and facilitate workshops to assist clients in making decisions in selecting business applications

What skills do you need

• Possess an MQF Level 6 in a relevant field to the role
• Have sound knowledge of HR principles functions methods and best practices
• Have experience in using HR Information Systems
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Have a good general knowledge of political economic social technological legal and environmental factors (PESTLE)
• Have knowledge of one or more sectors the management consultancy market core business structures and processes
• Have critical thinking and problemsolving skills with a curious and investigative nature to a to provide best course of action and innovative solutions to business issues
• Have also built a robust network of local professionals within various sectors and industries
• Have good briefing report writing & presentation skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
