- Generate contracts and follow up with related departments to obtain and revise the needed documents for the generation process
- Bind the contracts and maintain an organized and accessible filing & scanning system for contracts
- Organize Contracts Warehouse
- Communicate with sales team & CRM to deliver the contracts of the approved units to the clients
- Participate the Contracts Annual / Semi Annual Inventory
