Identify regional commercial strategies and set suitable contracting strategies to respond to identified risks and opportunities
• Develop standard contracts for products, regions, partnerships to facilitate the business in alignment with legal department
• Provide advice in negotiation / tendering phase and contract formulation with customers to ensure the best for company interests
• Provide advice or contracting guidelines for long term agreements with key materials providers to ensure that the achievement of overall contracting strategies
• develop contracts / agreements between the company and sales partners to ensure that the relationship is beneficial and regulated
• research local regulations to ensure that company contracts are in compliance
• coordinate with legal team any disputes with customers or sales partners according formulated contracts
• Evaluate, analyze and review active contracts in light of their performance and recommend any amendments in the strategy
• Prepare various reports, dashboards, analysis and presentations regarding contracts, performance and contracts recommendations to facilitate senior management decision making.
