What you will be doing:
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, looking for a multi-tasker who can work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support the team. Someone who can communicate well with all contacts, and anticipate and update the team on various projects. Skilled in Interpersonal communication, and administrative skills and knowledgeable in computer applications like MS Word, Excel, Email Outlook Express. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
