Attain new customer queries walk in or from social media.
Guiding clients to complete brain assessment (EEG).
Guiding clients to complete Neurofeedback Training.
Correspondence and followup on new brain training customers on scheduling their training time and payment collection.
Issue receipt for the payment received using the software system and followup on outstanding payment and report to Centre Manager.
Scheduling and arrangement of existing clients brain training timetable.
Prepare documentation or coordinating and correspondence for brain test report training account creation with HQ.
Communicate or attain with parents queries about their childs brain training condition and progress.
AdHoc task or project given by Centre Manager.
Requirements
Job Requirements :
Fresh graduated are welcome
Benefits
- Year end bonus 13 months.
- Incentive 300500 if kpi achieve
