Job Overview

As an IT Service Specialist youll be the backbone of our internal team providing essential support for resolving technical hardware and software issues. Your role includes promptly responding to service requests for hardware and meticulously maintaining asset management inventory. Success in this position hinges on your extensive experience in delivering information technology support in a fastpaced environment. As a topnotch IT support specialist youll play a pivotal role in enhancing productivity by ensuring the smooth operation of company IT systems.


Charting Your Path to Success:
Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM COL
Work Arrangement: Remote/WFH

Tech Maestro Mandates: Your Duties Decoded
  • Provide user support for all hardware and software issues for both Mac and Windows devices
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Maintain and track incidents and requests through the ticketing system ideally JIRA Service
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage software licenses
  • Provide technical training to endusers and new employees
  • Collaborate with IT management on strategic IT projects and improvements
  • Continually improve user experience and service satisfaction

Requirements

Crafting Your Career: Essential Skills for Tech Excellence

  • Proven work experience in IT support preferably in a tech startup environment
  • Wellrounded technical background with experience troubleshooting hardware
  • A process improvement mindset
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Experience with OKTA Bettercloud Intune and Mosyle are a plus
  • English Level: B2C1
  • Education: Software engineering or related
