About the role..

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. As a Personal Trainer you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalised exercise plans and coaching.

Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients current fitness levels
Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
Demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them with correct technique
Motivate and educate clients on the benefits of exercise and healthy lifestyle choices
Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
Provide ongoing support guidance and encouragement to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey

Requirements:

Certified Level 3Personal Trainer with a reputable certification (e.g. NASM ACE ACSM)
Strong knowledge of anatomy exercise physiology and nutrition
Ability to educate and communicate effectively with clients of all fitness levels
Experience in sports coaching or personal training is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
