Carpenter

We are looking for a qualified Carpenter for one of our clients. If you have great hand dexterity and an eye for detail and can work in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure with proper specifications we invite you to apply for this position.

Duties:

• Carpentry experience is a Must have. In this role you will be required to complete installations of flooring doors deck repairs other projects as needed
• Electrical / Plumbing experience an asset but not required
• Painting general repairs to rental units
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting carrying and moving materials
• Assist with the assembly and fabrication of electrical components
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work in a team environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
