Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Perform comprehensive automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes tyre rotations transmission flushes air conditioner recharges alignments battery installations and light replacements.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections by listening to customer complaints performing diagnostics repairing engine and system failures replacing parts and addressing body damage.
Review job orders with customers providing accurate repair recommendations and promptly addressing customer complaints within specified timelines.
Execute necessary repairs and conduct test drives to ensure vehicle functionality and safety.
Maintain accurate vehicle records and documentation in collaboration with the Service Advisor.
Adhere to Company Health and Safety regulations while handling customer vehicles workshop tools and equipment.
Ensure compliance with Isuzu s CSI/PSFU targets by performing accurate PDI verification and maintenance updates.
Continuously enhance job knowledge by participating in Isuzu training programs educational opportunities and technical publications.
Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
Minimum of three (3) years of automotiverelated experience in a reputable institution.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools equipment and the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
GM & ISUZU training is advantageous.
Strong customer service and time management skills.
Proficient in computer applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to workshop and site safety practices.
