QA Lead

• Lead the designated QA Team in testing efforts of the product and with partner teams and products.
  
• Engage with project stakeholders to design and create test strategies and plans by determining testing scope schedule and test complexities.
  
• Create and maintain effective test cases and scripts covering all functionalities and features.
  
• Track and analyze QA metrics by following established procedures.
  
• Mentor and guide the team in manual and automated testing efforts.
  
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
  
• Stay current on evolving trends in QA process automation testing frameworks tools and methodologies.
  

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a related degree with minimum 7 years of Software Quality Assurance experience
  
• Prior experience in leading and mentoring a QA team.
  
• Strong Knowledge of Agile and Software QA methodologies tools and processes.
  
• Strong knowledge in OOP and JAVA
  
• Knowledge on CI/CD and supporting tools like jenkins and Maven
  
• Experience in automation using Selenium API automation using RestAssured/Other framework
  
• Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g. functional nonfunctional exploratory testing).
  
• Good knowledge and experience in BDD framework along with Gauge tool will be an added advantage
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
