Job Description :
Consult employees and customers on devices/solutions related technical issues via Helpdesk system and other remote connection tools: p
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and administrate documentation of products;
2. Prepare technical documentation of products;
3. Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our companys products and solutions;
4. Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements;
5. Participate in meetings with clients to answer technical questions;
Qualification :
1. Previous work experience as Technical Support/IT Support Engineer, Network/Systems Engineer or similar role;
2. Technical/engineering education
3. Good communication skills and etiquette both in writing and speaking;
