WORK MODE

  • Hybrid model

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive the acquisition of new accounts by effectively communicating the value proposition of the companys products and services
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with new clients to meet or surpass monthly sales targets
  • Convert leads into sales through engaging and highquality interactions with prospective clients
  • Maintain regular communication with both new and existing clients to ensure their needs are met at the highest level of service
  • Implement and maintain efficient communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and representation throughout the sales process
  • Foster client retention efforts and diligently follow up on client inquiries and concerns
  • Manage clientrelated administrative tasks including account opening procedures
  • Assist in compliance efforts by facilitating the processing of KnowYourClient documentation
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities potential clients and VIP customers negotiating terms to establish profitable accounts
  • Support the achievement of marketing strategy objectives and goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native/fluent in Polish both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in Forex/CFD sales roles
  • Demonstrated goaloriented mindset with the capability to perform effectively under pressure
  • University or College degree holder an advantage
  • Proficient in computer operations with good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Exceptional communication abilities characterized by a strong personality and selfmotivation
  • An individual who consistently presents themselves with a professional demeanor embodying qualities such as integrity reliability and polished communication skills in both personal and professional interactions
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday 09 AM 06 PM.
