JOB SCOPE
1. Talent acquisition and recruitment
a. Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and
hires Grade A candidate.
b. Develop and refine recruitment strategies and processes to improve
efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Employee engagement and retention
a. Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
b. Implement retention programs that reduce turnover and keep key talent
within the organization.
3. Compensation and Benefits
a. Oversee compensation structures to ensure they are competitive and
equitable.
b. Manage benefits programs ensuring they are comprehensive costeffective and attractive to employees.
4. Employee training and development
a. Design and implement training programs that align with companys needs
and foster employee growth.
b. Manage leadership development programs to prepare highpotential
employees for future roles.
5. Employee performance management
a. Develop and administer performance appraisal system that reflect
employee contributions and organizational goals.
b. Ensure performance reviews are conducted regularly and feedback is
provided constructively.
6. Compliance and policy management
a. Ensure all talent management practices comply with relevant laws regulations and ethical standards.
b. Update or create policies that facilitate a productive safe and inclusive
work environment.
