Role: Test Lead with Actimize Experience Location: Stamford CT/ Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Test Lead for Corporate Banking The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the Corporate banking systems (web and mobile). This role requires indepth knowledge of consumer banking processes and regulations in the US as well as expertise in quality assurance good domain understanding/business analysis and project leadership. Responsibilities:

• Experience in Banking domain possessing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices regulations and trends.
• Experience working on End to End Product lifecycle in all Corporate Services banking products
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to help understand business and functional requirements test scenarios execution
• Good experience in Framework development/enhancements
• Good experience in complete CICD
• Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements identify defects and track resolution.
• Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of testing processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication between crossfunctional teams keeping stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to QA domain knowledge management and business analysis within the consumer banking domain.

Required Skills/Qualification:

• 10 years of indepth experience in Manual Testing of Banking domain either inbuilding a banking product or implementing banking application or providing banking domainbased IT services to Banks and Financial Institutions
• Experience in Fiserv Tools AML Actimize SAM CDD OFAC.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies testing tools and best practices.
• Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
• Graduates/ Post Graduates in Engineering/ Finance/ Science / Business Administration
