Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive French Speaking Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona. This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and culturally rich city engaging with clients from diverse industries in the Frenchspeaking market. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about technology possess outstanding communication skills and have a keen drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role provides a platform for professional growth offering extensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and pain points and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients through calls emails and meetings to build rapport and trust.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Ensure timely followup on leads proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports including forecasts performance analysis and market feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Native French speaker with a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience:

    • Prior sales experience particularly in the software industry is advantageous but not required.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving capabilities.
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
