Product Experience Designer Lead

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit Product Experience Designer Lead for their Lisbon office.

Position: Product Experience Designer Lead

Location: hybrid / remote (3 days from office)in Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: TP (12 months)

Remuneration: Hourly salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design process for frontend applications from concept to delivery ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into engaging designs
• Create wireframes prototypes and mockups using industrystandard tools such as Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and advocate for their implementation within the organization
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
