Tasks

• Being the initial point of contact for Clubhouse you thrive on interacting with diverse individuals and relish the opportunity to forge new connections while assisting others.
• Your fulfillment stems from aiding others whether its organizing events pleasantly surprising members or ensuring the seamless operation of our various facilities on a daily basis.
• With a knack for teamwork you excel at fostering unity and bridging gaps between individuals both within and beyond the organization. Collaborating across departments is integral to maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of Clubhouse.
• Problemsolving ignites your passion. Youre not just a thinker but also a proactive problemsolver unafraid to explore innovative solutions tailored to your clients needs. Each day presents fresh challenges and youre eager for the dynamic nature of the role which transcends the confines of a typical desk job. Whether its orchestrating a largescale meeting or troubleshooting IT issues youre ready to tackle anything that comes your way.
• Handling of Inquiries and Tools. Your role involves both ensuring the functionality of our booking tools and promptly addressing inquiries from members and potential clients. This includes updating and managing the booking systems for accurate reservations and providing comprehensive assistance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• On & OffBoarding of Members. Your role will involve facilitating the seamless integration and departure of members within our community. This encompasses welcoming new members guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for departing members including the retrieval of assets and termination of services.

Requirements

• Experience in Hospitality/Event roles or Customer Service
• Customer orientation and a friendly demeanor
• Teamwork strong communation and organisation skills
• High level of english both oral and written
