Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Owings Mills MD (Onsite)

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Type: Parttime contract

Job Summary:

HireKeyz Inc is seeking a Bookkeeper for an onsite part time position in Owings Mills MD. The role involves managing the companys daily financial tasks including accounts payable and receivable payroll and bank account management and reconciliation. Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and complete postings.
  • Reconcile taxes bank accounts and other records monthly.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable and checks.
  • Manage monthly payroll using accounting software.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in accounting or business administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
