Job Summary:
Looking for a candidate with experience of conducting statutory reviews under Homelessness legislation as a temporary cover for a permanent position.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
To communicate effectively with all customers ensuring needs are met.
To prioritise complex and potentially conflicting demands understand and absorb information and resolve problems.
To achieve plans and objectives in a timely and organised manner.
Essential Experience Required:
Experience of using information technology processing skills including the use of email. is essential.
Experience of communication and customer care skills is essential.
Essential Qualification Required:
A good standard of written English and Mathematics to at least GCSE C/ level 4 which can demonstrate an ability to work at this level qualification or demonstrate relevant experience is essential.
Additional information to note:
Working hours: 36 hours per week.
