Plant Manager Gerente de Planta

Accountabilities

Lead and manage operation maintenance local support areas and procure effective coordination with other company areas to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve contractual commitments (i.e. Guaranteed performance deliverables) using Wrtsil Services procedures and ES Agreement Management process and promoting Operational Excellence at all levels and implementing tools to balance the impact in relevant targets established by the Company

Main Responsibilities

• Follow up Plant performance indexes and detect analyse positive/negative deviation to find root cause to support/follow up corrective plans or share lessons learned
• Communicate effectively with the plant team on relevant matters about the condition of the plant equipment and performance; guidelines and contract delivery risks that requires teamwork commitment and involvement to achieve improvements. Establish and implement standard Wrtsil Services procedures and Agreement Management process.
• Deliver all contractual commitments related with reports planning and implementation of plant operations & maintenance.
• Implement plant safety policy perform Health and Safety Activities organise Maintenance KickOff Meeting.
• Prepare reports plans and budgets as instructed by the Agreement Manager. Approve Maintenance Tasks (Energy Service RACI 2023 Business Operations Implement Annual Operating Plan)
• Identify and actively seek to improve operational & maintenance reliability availability and performance guarantees stated in the contract (Energy Service RACI 2023 Business Operations Improve Site/Equipment Performance Analyse Way of Working Effectiveness Share/Review Lessons
• Implement world class controls to warrant spare supply storage and utilization (Energy Service RACI 2023 Business Operations Provide information of existing spare parts at site Receive the spare part Confirm spare part arrival)
• Review the CEM Feedback with Account Team and Agree Actions
