We are looking for you as a smart coworker (m/f/d) for a wellknown cult brand. The soft drinks of our client are known to hundreds of million of people worldwide. From young to old (nearly) everyone grows up with these beverages.

What will you be doing

• reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and emai
• analyse customer needs and provide solutions
• process legitimate complaints in the customers mind without neglecting the interests of the employer

• speaks Norwegian fluently and bring good English skills
