- Developing and maintaining client relationships enhancing opportunities and business initiatives.
- Ensuring the safest delivery of the contracted PM/CM services to the client.
- Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
- Implementing standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Directing, Monitoring and enforcing standards of safety in compliance with the company’s Health and Safety & Quality Management System and Client requirements.
