Key Responsibilities :

Should have sound experience in providing L2 support for Azure Cloud platform services (IaaS & PaaS) Terraform Kubernetes (Preferably AKS) Docker Azure DevOps

Provision configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as codeTerraform codes to create VM NSG creation network installation configuration software upgrades storage AKS etc provisioning.

Hands on experience on Kubernetes Deployment and troubleshoot related to different scenario and failures.

Troubleshoot and deployment of Docker Image management.

Hands on experience on Azure DevOps branch management build release pipelines.

Create and update documentation for storage procedures. Such as LLD and HL

Technical Experience :

Manage team escalations and SOT/P1 calls

Manage and handle Client calls and work on various SOWs

Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
