Accounting Financial Assistant in Romania

This is a remote position.

• Daily accounting tasks such as general ledger entries recording payments invoices and adjustments bank reconciliations.
  
• Generating updating and reviewing financial and key performance indicator reports for internal use and identify actionable items.
  
• Agency and agent license compliance oversight including agent appointment with carriers
  
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks such as processing recording and collecting invoices or processing customer refunds
  
• Maintain accurate information within the CRM database adhering to company quality and compliance standards.
  
• Customer service for clients and other departments. Contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
  
• Other tasks and projects within the accounting department.
  

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting or related field
  
• English fluency is a must (written and verbal)
  
• Accounting or related experience minimum 12 years. US GAAP 12 years experience is a plus!
  
• Flexibility excellent communication persuasion analytical problemsolving and time management skills
  
• Fast learner excellent attention to detail and followthrough
  
• High level of accuracy efficiency and accountability
  
• Ability to build relationships with clients brokers and internal departments. Teamwork.
  
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & Word) and PC skills
