  1. Live Facebook Event Management:

    • Strategise organise and execute live Facebook events emphasising topnotch streaming and production quality.
  2. Graphic and Video Content Creation:

    • Create and deploy tailored graphics and video clips for various social media platforms the website and YouTube.
    • Generate 5 7 videos weekly for Instagram and Facebook feeds or stories ensuring a consistently engaging online presence.
  3. Photoshoot Coordination:

    • Oversee and prepare the studio for both spontaneous and scheduled photoshoots.
    • Perform image editing and processing as needed to uphold visual standards.
  4. Video Ideation and Production:

    • Collaborate on video conceptualisation and storyboarding.
    • Produce promotional videos for campaigns and branding across multiple platforms like YouTube Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
    • Incorporate voiceovers and sound effects to enrich video content.
    • Edit video footage and create motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.


Requirements

An undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing Motion Graphic Design Motion Design Media Communications Animation Multimedia Design or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 4 years experience in a comparable role. Mastery of multimedia design tools and editing software for ensuring toptier content creation. Extensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator and CapCut. Familiarity with audio tools like Adobe Audacity and Audition. Understanding of OBS and the technical intricacies involved in live video production is highly advantageous. Competent fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills adept at working efficiently within teams as well as autonomously. Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to stringent deadlines. Strong creative and conceptual thinking prowess. Outstanding attention to detail and a discerning eye for visual aesthetics.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a marketing professional, with a focus on strategy development and implementation. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns. Proficient in market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting and content creation expertise. Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics. Proficiency in using MS Office and marketing software such as CRM Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving marketing excellence.
