Senior Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Managing and executing legal cases from inception to resolution, including strategizing, researching, and presenting in court or other legal proceedings.
• Providing expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and documents with precision and a keen eye for detail.
• Mentoring and supervising junior associates.
• Contributing to business development activities, including networking, presentations, and writing articles for publication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a Jordanian university or an international university from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Jordanian Bar Association.
• 3+ years of experience in the legal field.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues, manage significant caseloads, and achieve client objectives effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
