2. Leadership in Candidate Engagement (Ongoing)
Use your charisma and communication prowess to build lasting relationships with candidates positioning yourself as a trusted career advisor.
Champion placing at least 10 highcalibre candidates each quarter measuring success through their performance and client satisfaction.

3. Client Relationship Mastery (Ongoing)
Proactively manage client partnerships to influence their hiring strategies and optimize recruitment outcomes.
Achieve and maintain a client referral rate of over 85% demonstrating your leadership in fostering solid and effective relationships.

4. Continuous Professional Growth (First Year)
Regularly engage in highstakes negotiation scenarios enhancing your persuasive abilities and strategic influence.
Lead workshops and training sessions showcasing your expertise and solidifying your status as a thought leader in the recruitment field.
