JD:

Develop new or improve current trading models and strategies to profit out of the
inefficiencies in the financial markets.
Analyze extensive financial data sets to bring trading opportunities for alpha generation.
Complete automation of trading strategies with risk management in place.
Focus on Mid Frequency and Low Frequency Models.
Collaborating with C Suite and upper management to actively bring in new trading
opportunities for different asset classes.
Back testing and creating high sharp ratio trading strategies.
Comingup with new cuttingedge trading ideas.
Use advance mathematical methods to generate predictive models for market movements.
Qualifications:
Our Ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience in working at a Quant Trading Firm.
A degree in highly analytical field such as engineering mathematics finance or computer
science from toptier institutions.
Very strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of stock markets or passion in financial markets.
Programming experience in Python or C C
Detailoriented and inquisitive to problem solving.
Stellar communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
Strong Work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Added benefit of working with a quant startup or hedge fund using MFT HFT trading strategies.
