UX StrategistAbout the RoleWe are searching for a talented and passionate UX Strategist to join our growing team! As a UX Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products by translating user needs into actionable design solutions. You will be responsible for the entire UX lifecycle, from user research and strategy development to the creation of wireframes and prototypes.Responsibilities• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.• Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.• Create a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with business goals.• Develop wireframes and prototypes using design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.• Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and engineers to bring user-centered design principles to life.• Continuously iterate and improve the user experience based on user feedback and testing.• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices.Qualifications• Proven experience as a UX Strategist, User Researcher, or similar role.• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.• Experience conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative methods).• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma).• A passion for creating user-friendly and intuitive experiences.• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Benefits• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge design projects.• Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.• Be part of a team that is passionate about creating amazing user experiences.Location: QATAR
