In each of them Developers and Product Owners design and implement new functionalities within the business scope assigned to them. The goal is to respond in the best way to user needs and thus build the best software on the market.However it is not enough for software to be operational but it must also be well designed. To ensure its maintainability and scalability team members are strong advocates of software craftsmanship practices.

This obsession with software quality allows us to deliver a new version every two months deployed for all our customers in Continuous Delivery.We organize ourselves around twoweek Sprints punctuated by Daily Standup Meetings Planning Pokers Demonstrations and Sprint Retrospectives

AsTech Lead Front End your responsibilities will be:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a hybrid developer team including offshore members service providers and inhouse developers.
• Define and monitor their personal objectives conduct annual interviews and lead team life.
• Bring and disseminate your technical expertise within the team.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the teams roadmap.
• Define and implement in collaboration with other Tech Leads and the CTO major technological developments.
• Implement features while respecting quality standards particularly with regard to React and React Native.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitLab.
• Master Fastlane for managing automated mobile application deployments.
• Expand our test pyramid and carry out regular technical monitoring.

Requirements:

• Pragmatic taking responsibility and seeking continuous progress.
• Bac 5 in computer science or equivalent.
• As the team is international a good level of English is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with proven expertise in React and React Native.
• Appreciating teamwork and defending the principles of clean code TDD and software craftsmanship.
• Mastering Hexagonal Architecture / Clean Architecture and DDD tactical patterns.
• Basic knowledge of Docker Gitlab CI/CD and fastlane
• Having significant experience managing hybrid teams with offshore members service providers and internal developers.
