- Degree (minimum three years) in a related field
- least 6 years' experience in the sector(s) related to the lot.
- least 3 years of specific experience in the environmental sector. Knowledge of the local context, as it relates to the central and local institutional arrangements in the disaster risk management sector (e.g. general flood protection), would be considered an advantage.
- work experience in EU-funded or other international projects is advantageous.
