- Develop and implement trade marketing plans and activities in alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and retailer needs.
- Design and oversee promotional campaigns targeted at retailers and distributors.
- Manage and optimize trade spend budget to maximize ROI.
- Develop POS (Point of Sale) materials and in-store displays to increase brand visibility and product accessibility.
- Conduct market analysis and retailer insights to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners and negotiate strategic shelf placements and promotions.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability aligns with promotional activities.
- Continuous monitoring for competitors and rivals through all channels
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
