Future Compensation Plans

While this role begins with equity compensation our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to key personnel upon milestones. Post our anticipated public token sale scheduled within the next six months we aim to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime roles.

Role Responsibilities

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with GO WFOs growth objectives.
• Cultivate and manage highlevel relationships with existing and potential partners across various sectors including creative industries and sports organizations.
• Spearhead our expansion efforts into key markets utilizing strategic alliances to propel brand and market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Marketing Product and Engineering to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the partnership strategies and their impact on organizational growth.
• Maintain an uptodate understanding of industry trends and shifts that might influence our strategic direction.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a leadership role focused on strategic partnerships and business development preferably within digital assets blockchain or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the tokenization space and digital assets capable of articulating complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with a track record of establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive organizational growth.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving and opportunity identification in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
