Job Title: Tech Lead (Japanese Speaker) Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring high standards of code quality and timely project delivery.
- Design develop and maintain robust scalable and efficient fullstack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.js React Node.js).
- Implement and manage DevOps practices including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure as code and automated testing.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are upheld.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in software development.
- Strong proficiency in fullstack development particularly with the MERN stack.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices including Docker Kubernetes Jenkins and AWS.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in both Python and React. Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries. Expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks like Django or Flask. Familiarity with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL. Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. A portfolio of past projects showcasing your technical skills and contributions is a plus.
