- Answering incoming customer calls and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Proactively following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
