- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Head hunter for various roles such as software developers, business analysts, marketing, sales, logistics...etc.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies & SOP's
- Ability to create incentive, rewards, and employee recognition & rewards programs.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Knowledge of payroll & social security.
- Strong personnel management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
