About You / About The Role
As a FullCycle Account Executive you play a key role in the Smartblick sales team.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills a passion for talking to people and a resourceful successdriven mindset.
You will work closely with our SDR and CSM team to showcase the value of the product and close sales deals by interacting with potential customers performing demos and mastering various consulting sales techniques.

Tasks
- perform customertailored demos
- negotiate contracts
- close sales deals
- youre doing a full sales cycle by researching and generating leads independently
- help and assist customers and prospects through chat email phone and video calls
- understanding of the B2B software space and the process of digitalization and modernization of the manufacturing industry
- own and manage the sales pipeline
- handle handovers to the CSM team
- spot opportunities and trends to support our product and marketing teams
Requirements
- exceptional verbal and written communication in German (native) fluency in English
- experience in objection handling and value matching
- great listening and presentation skills
- flexibility / being able to work in a startup environment by helping other teams and wearing different hats
- experience in sales tools
- handson resultdriven analytical & respectful mindset
- good technical understanding and affinity with software
- ability and willingness to work in an agile environment work in iterations test quickly adjust strategies
- Berlinbased
- experience with selling a SaaS product is a plus
- experience in manufacturing is a big plus
