Project Control Manager

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and cost plans that align with project objectives.
  
• Identify analyze and mitigate project risks to ensure ontime and onbudget delivery.
  
• Monitor project budgets comparing planned vs. actual costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and project progress.
  
• Generate regular progress reports highlighting project status potential issues and corrective actions taken.
  
• Manage project scope changes evaluating their impact on cost and schedule while obtaining proper approvals.
  
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders providing updates on progress and challenges.
  
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and efficiency.
  
• Recommend and implement best practices to improve project management processes and efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project control or project management ideally within engineering or construction.
  
• PMP PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
  
• Deep understanding of project management principles methodologies and software (Primavera P6 MS Project etc.).
  
• Strong problemsolving skills to analyze and resolve project control issues.
  
• Efficient multitasking to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks within deadlines.
  
• Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating with stakeholders.
  
• Ability to lead project teams motivate staff and handle conflict resolution.
  
• Keen eye for identifying discrepancies in project schedules or budgets.
  
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
