About the Role:

Join our clients company as a Senior Social Media Specialist where youll drive our online presence to new heights. Youll shape our social media strategy manage accounts craft engaging content and lead advertising efforts while ensuring community moderation. Your impact will be felt as we connect engage and grow together in the digital realm.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Create curate and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends and actively engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
  • Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Moderate usergenerated content and comments to maintain a positive and respectful online environment.
  • Monitor and report on social media trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and advertising tools.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
