Junior UXUI Designer

Position Summary:As a Junior UX/UI Designer you will work closely with our design team to create engaging and seamless user experiences across our digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced designers contribute to the design process and gain handson experience in user research wireframing prototyping and visual design. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for crafting beautiful and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Assist in conducting user research interviews and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Create wireframes user flows and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Develop highfidelity mockups and design assets for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements including typography color schemes and iconography.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing projects or coursework in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
• Basic understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take direction learn quickly and adapt to feedback.
• Passion for design and eagerness to stay abreast of industry trends.
