German Or Italian Content Moderator

Company Overview:Our company is a leading provider in the realm of online platforms and social media aiming to create a safe and positive online environment for our users. To bolster our team in Porto Portugal we are seeking a Content Moderator proficient in either German or Italian.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and moderating content on our platform according to company guidelines
• Identifying and removing inappropriate offensive or illegal content
• Assessing reported content and taking appropriate actions
• Working closely with other team members to recognize and combat patterns of inappropriate behavior
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and policies

Requirements:

• Fluent in either German or Italian both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Ability to learn quickly and understand complex guidelines and procedures
• Strong ethical principles and a high level of responsibility
• Experience in content moderation or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory
