InfraHire is looking for an HVAC Field Service Technician in Irvine CA.
Job Description:
HVAC Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential clients.
Responsibilties:
- Properly install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units heat pumps ductwork and refrigeration equipment adhering to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance and durability. Tasks include cleaning lubricating and replacing components as required.
- Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems and carry out repairs promptly and accurately. This may involve replacing faulty parts adjusting controls or recalibrating systems.
- Engage professionally with clients to address their HVAC requirements offer expert guidance and ensure their satisfaction. Effectively communicate repair details maintenance procedures and system recommendations.
- Maintain precise records of all service calls documenting work completed parts utilized and time spent on each assignment. Prepare service reports and submit paperwork promptly.
Qualifications:
- Required HVAC certification (e.g. EPA 608 Certification) deemed relevant.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a comparable capacity.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diverse HVAC systems encompassing heating cooling and refrigeration.
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication proficiencies.
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.
- Valid drivers license and impeccable driving record.
