Job Description:We are looking for a strategic and clientfocused Senior Client Services Manager to oversee our client services department. As the Senior Client Services Manager you will be responsible for managing client relationships driving client satisfaction and ensuring the successful delivery of our products or services. You will lead a team of client services professionals collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust transparency and communication.
  2. Understand clients business objectives challenges and needs and develop tailored solutions and strategies to address them.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams including sales operations and product development to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to existing clients and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  5. Manage client expectations and ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues or concerns.
  6. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics such as satisfaction scores retention rates and revenue growth to measure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Lead regular client meetings business reviews and strategic planning sessions to discuss performance opportunities and challenges.
  8. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business goals and objectives.
  9. Mentor and coach junior client services team members providing guidance feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in client services and recommend innovative approaches to drive client success.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field.
  2. Minimum of five years of experience in client services account management or related roles preferably in the industry/sector industry.
  3. Strong understanding of client services principles best practices and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Proven track record of success in managing client relationships driving client satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
  6. Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues develop solutions and drive resolution.
  7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  9. Proficiency in CRM systems project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and driving results that align with business objectives.
