Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will lead the account development as well as have to make Sales. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide product and service information, training, obtaining client feedback, and or handling renewals. This would be for both DMS Projects & DMS Universe.

Duties And Responsibilities

Below are the job responsibilities for the account manager, however, the job is not solely limited to the below

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients independently, without constant guidance.
  • Drive new sales for DMS business lines, focusing on Projects and Events, and handle renewals with a self-driven approach.
  • Conduct face-to-face training sessions or provide product details over the phone to clients.
  • Gather client feedback, analyze it, and proactively implement strategies based on the feedback, demonstrating autonomous decision-making.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, relying on independent problem-solving skills.
  • Provide proactive analysis and generate reports to demonstrate sales performance and client satisfaction without constant supervision.
  • Independently coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Actively engage in self-directed market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, demonstrating the ability to think on one's feet.

Skills & Competencies

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team (Important as this job is mainly Work From Home)
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities to foster trust and credibility with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in market research techniques and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required), preferably in Marketing or International studies
  • Experience as a Sales Manager
  • Customer Service Certifications (preferable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: BD 600 + Commission per month

Experience:

  • Customer Service, Client Managing, Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
