Sales Coordinator - Qatar Factory NAFFCO

Seeking a detailoriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. Responsibilities include managing inquiries coordinating sales activities maintaining records and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and requests
• Assist in preparing sales materials and contracts
• Coordinate sales team schedules
• Maintain sales records and reports
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions
• Manage order processing and logistics
• Provide administrative support
• Assist with sales events and exhibitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Adaptability and attention to detail
