- Collaborate extensively with hiring managers to identify and understand departmental hiring requirements
- Gain a deep understanding of business functions and the responsibilities associated with various roles
- Craft detailed job descriptions and define qualifications and requirements for each position
- Utilize a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, social media platforms, company databases, alumni groups, and career fairs, to source and attract qualified candidates
- Facilitate communication with candidates, arrange interviews, and administer pre-employment testing as needed
- Conduct thorough behavioral interviews across all functions and assess candidates accordingly
- Provide regular updates to management and hiring managers regarding candidate status
- Establish and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future and ad-hoc positions
- Negotiate competitive offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
