Senior Performance Marketing Manager mwd

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will be a key driver of our growth and a central part of a team within the company. We are looking for someone who wants to revolutionise the care sector in Germany with us and has a passion for diversity and challenges. From Google Search as the main channel to paid social or conversion rate optimisation in the funnel you can expect variety and fun in different tasks with us. Tasks

• Operational and strategic management of our performance channels (especially search) to achieve our growth targets
• Promoting growth through Google Search optimisations and testing new ads
• Active search for new platforms for (performance) marketing to further promote growth
• Developing a suitable marketing mix to effectively address the needs of our target groups and drive growth
• Analysing data to identify further optimisation opportunities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a company or agency in performance marketing
• Excellent knowledge of SEA and a basic interest in topics such as SEO paid social and conversion rate optimisation
• Positive mindset team player and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work on several important projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without losing sight of strategic goals.
• Desire to find and turn adjusting screws to further optimise our performance and set new growth records

Why we founded marta.

When we were seeking 24hour care for our loved ones we often felt left alone in this complicated and highly overpriced market. In addition we became angry when we realized that the agencies were taking most of the salary we paid our caregivers. After five years of unsuccessful search for a reputable agency in 2020 we took on the mission to improve 24hour care in Germany and ultimately founded marta.

In memory of Marta who lovingly helped us care for our grandparents for years we named the company after her.

We firmly believe that caregivers will take better care of our loved ones if we at marta provide them with fair working and living conditions. Our goal is to fundamentally improve the 24hour care market by building a platform that brings caregivers and families together without any other intermediaries. We enable caregivers to earn a better salary through lower placement fees without families paying more.
