Grocery Store Deli Manager Job Dublin City Centre.

Predominantly Monday to Friday early morning shifts with 1 to 2 weekends a month depending on trade conditions.

Teamworx is working with a successful retailer with a chain of retail shops nationwide. They are looking to hire a Deli Manager for one of their busy convenience retail shops in the City Centre location. A friendly customer serviceoriented person would be ideal for this job. A background in supervising or managing a Cafe deli or Catering environment would be considered. Typical early shifts mainly Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility to work some weekends in the month.

As the Deli Manager you will be responsible for the presentation and standards of the deli ordering stock from suppliers supervising and training a team of 4 to 5 people and controlling HACCP for the department. The ideal candidate for this Deli Manager Job:

• Previous management experience working with food such as controlling the waste rotation of stock stock inventory management ordering and driving sales
  
• Can demonstrate the ability to organise plan and complete work within an agreed deadline
  
• A passionate customer service person
  
• Be able to work both in a team and own initiative
  
• A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP knowledge
  

Responsibilities for this Deli Manager Job:

• Oversee the running of the bakery coffee dock and deli itself
  
• Responsible for 4/5 staff members planning out their workload directing work and ensuring tasks are completed correctly
  
• Stock ordering and control of proper ordering
  
• Ensure the proper management of hygiene and HACCP records
  
• Ensure the standards are maintained.
  
• Supporting your team with coaching and training
