Finance Consultant 4 Months Contract

1. Conduct monthly Financial Position Reconciliation.
   
2. Manage Credit Card Reconciliation processes.
   
3. Oversee Cell Phone Contract and 3rdparty Agreements.
   
4. Monitor and mange company auto cards.
   
5. Supervise head office vehicles usage and maintenance.
   
6. Perform monthly Medical Aid Reconciliation and communicate payment details to HR.
   
7. Ensure timely completion of all statutory payments.
   
8. Support internal and external audit activities.
   
9. Maintain Supplier Payment Register
   
10. Assist in generating Reports and Graphs
    
11. Manage Budgets and facilitate budget transfers as needed.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

• Threeyear Diploma in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
  
• Un endorsed Code 08 / B Driver s License
  
• Minimum of 5 years experience
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Pastel Evolution System
  
• Duration of employment: 4 months
