BioTechnique is a highly potent sterile injectable and clinical oncolytics manufacturing company dedicated to providing cytotoxic and highpotency sterile injectable fillfinish services. BioTechnique s project management and client services staff work closely with our clients to meet all manufacturing needs. From IND applications through commercialscale production we provide formulation and compounding fillfinish and optional lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. Your Role


As a Business Development Coordinator you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Biotechnique responsible for supporting daytoday business development activities. This includes making outbound cold calls nurturing warm leads conducting marketing outreach delivering presentations overseeing sales coordination and managing project documentation. Successful candidates should be motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport effectively and maintain client relationships with proven success in a business development/sales coordinator role.


  • Conduct outbound cold calls warm leads followup and marketing calls to potential clients.
  • Coordinate the issuance of project documents required by clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Run Lead Reports by utilizing internal lead development system LinkedIn or other system.
  • Responsible for email outreach/correspondence and email campaigns utilizing our system.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects using CRM software. Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics to measure progress toward business development goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire Business Development teams/managers and Biotechnique client support teams both domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate client meetings presentations and followup activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration Marketing English Journalism or Communications.
  • 25 years of proven experience in initiating outbound cold calls.
  • Proven success in effectively building rapport and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated and eager to develop proven sales techniques.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
